About TeamPick
TeamPick is built and run by ORILABS, a one-person indie studio. If you've ever run custom games with friends on Discord, you know the drill: making teams takes ten minutes, someone accuses someone else of secretly rerolling, and nobody remembers who won last week. TeamPick was made to fix all three at once.
What TeamPick does
You save a group of 2 to 30 players and split them into 2 to 6 teams. Everyone opens the same screen from one link, and no matter who taps “Pick teams”, the result changes for everyone at once. Tap the winning team after each round and TeamPick builds up each player's win rate and a Best duos ranking, which you can then use to split teams more evenly if you want.
Results can be sent to a Discord channel or as push notifications through the Android app. There are 5 pick modes, from Instant to Pinball race, Card flip, Ladder and Number draw.
What we stand by
- Nicknames only. We don't need real names, phone numbers or contact details.
- Every result is decided once and looks the same for everyone. Animations only show the result; they never change it.
- In modes where luck is the result, like balls, cards and ladders, win rates are never secretly mixed in.
