What to include
- For bugs: the device you use (iPhone, Android or PC), the browser or app, and when and on which screen the problem happened
- For notification problems: which channel (Discord or push) and the invite code of the group
- For deletion requests: the group's invite code or the Google account you signed in with. We handle these within 30 days.
Please don't put your Discord webhook URL in the email. You may also find a quick answer in the FAQ.
